7-Day Trip
Some events on our wedding itinerary are optional! We'd love to have you join us for as many (or as few) events as you'd like. Your presence at any part of our celebration is what matters most to us! Please note that on days when mini buses are used, you may be required to attend all events that day, as the buses may not return until the end of the day. For all events except the wedding ceremony, attire is casual. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing comfortable shoes.

-Depart for Rome (FCO) in the afternoon

TUESDAY (4/29)
-Arrive at the Rome Airport (FCO) in the morning
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport groups to the Altarocca Wine Resort in Orvieto, Italy.
-After you retrieve your luggage go through the doors marked "Nothing to Declare", turn left and look for a sign with "Zac & Kelsey's Wedding"
-Arrive and Check-In at the Altarocca Wine Resort in the early afternoon (Note: rooms are available at 3:00 PM, but Hotel will try to have rooms available earlier)
5:00 PM Welcome Reception by the pool
Dinner on your own. We recommend making reservations at the Altarocca Resort Restaurant - Invinum (Email-reservation@altaroccawineresort.com)

WEDNESDAY (4/30)
9:45 AM - Bindella Winery
-Pre-arranged mini buseswill transport groups from the Altarocca Resort to the Bindella Winery at 9 AM
-Tour, Wine Tasting, and Lunch
-Cost: €80 per person (including tip)
Afternoon- Montepulciano
-This will be a stop after the winery
-Montepulciano is a Medieval/Renaissance hill town in Southern Tuscany
Dinner (Last Stop)- Pizza Party at Rosco’s Villa
-Cost: €40 per person
- Estimated return to Altarocca Wine Resort at 9:30 PM

THURSDAY (5/1)
8:30 AM– Golf at the Lamborghini Golf Club (OPTIONAL)
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport interested guest from the Altarocca Resort to the course at 8:30 AM
-9-hole course
-Clubs, push carts and Lunch will be provided (1 or 2 riding carts will be available)
-Cost: €120 per person
Noon- Private Spa at the Altarocca Resort (OPTIONAL)
-A 90-minute private spa session has been coordinated at the resort for those not interested in golf
-A glass of wine or prosecco will be provided
-Cost: €50 per person
*Note – The private spa session is available for up to 10 guests. If more than 10 are interested, and additional session at 10:00 AM will be coordinated as well. Individual treatments need to be booked separately - Go to altaroccawineresort.com for all experiences available at the resort
4:30 PM- Orvieto
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests
-Orvieto is a medieval city full of history, shopping, and narrow cobblestone streets & passageways
-A tour of The Duomo of Orvieto Cathedral will be arranged for interested parties
-Cost: €8 per person
7:00 PM Dinner– Legrotte del Funaro
-Legrotte del Funaro is a historic restaurant situated in a cave at the heart of the cliff of Orvieto
-There will be a preset menu
-Cost: €60 per person (includes tip)

FRIDAY (5/2)
7:45 AM- Depart to the Amalfi Coast with a stop in Rome
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests
-The trip to Rome will take approximately 2-hours
-Morning walking tour of Rome including the Roman Forum, Vittoriano, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza del Popolo.
-Cost: €35 per person
-After tour return to mini buses and stop for lunch (cost on your own)
-Continue travel from Rome to Amalfi Coast Hotels
-The trip from Rome to Amalfi Coast will take approximately 3 hours
-Guests will check into Hotel Raito or other nearby hotels
7:30 PM- Welcome Pizza Dinner @ Hotel Raito. Hosted by Zac's parents, Marleen Anklam & Jack Palet - Prearranged vans will transport guests staying at nearby hotels

SATURDAY (5/3)
9:00 AM- Depart for the Full Day Sailboat Tour of the Amalfi Coast
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests from the hotels to the Port of Salerno at 9:00 AM
9:30 AM- The Sailboat will depart from the Port of Salerno
- Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks will be provided on the sail boat
12:00 PM (approximately)- The Sailboat will port in Amalfi or Positano
-Sightseeing, shopping & lunch for approximately 3 hours
-Guests are free to pick the restaurants and shops they would like to visit
3:00 PM (approximately)- The Sailboat will depart back to Salerno
-The Sailboat will return to the Port of Salerno at approximately 5:30 PM

Morning and Afternoon- Pick your own adventure!
-Recommendations include sightseeing tours to nearby towns or relaxing at the hotel or beach - Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests staying at nearby hotels to and from Hotel Raito for wedding festivities
6:00 PM - Wedding festivities begin @ Hotel Raito

MONDAY (5/5)
-For guests going to Rome Airport Hilton Hotel 10:00 AM pre-arranged vans will depart. A planned stop in Pompeii for a two hour walking tour -Cost: €32 per person
-After tour stop for lunch (cost on your own)
- Continue to the Rome Airport Hilton Hotel. Trip will take approximately 2 1/2 hours
