5-Day Trip
Some events on our wedding itinerary are optional! We'd love to have you join us for as many (or as few) events as you'd like. Your presence at any part of our celebration is what matters most to us! Please note that on days when mini buses are used, you may be required to attend all events that day, as the buses may not return until the end of the day. For all events except the wedding ceremony, attire is casual. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing comfortable shoes.

THURSDAY (5/1)
-Depart for Rome (FCO) in the afternoon
May 2, 2025
FRIDAY (5/2)
-Land at the Rome Airport (FCO) in the morning.
-After you retrieve your luggage go through the doors marked "Nothing to Declare", turn left and look for a sign with "Zac & Kelsey's Wedding"
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests to Hotel Raito & other nearby hotels (Approximately 3-hour ride)
-Guests will check into Hotel Raito or other nearby hotels
7:30 PM- Welcome Pizza Dinner @ Hotel Raito. Hosted by Zac's parents, Marleen Anklam & Jack Palet

SATURDAY (5/3)
9:00 AM- Depart for the Full Day Sailboat Tour of the Amalfi Coast
-Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests from the hotels to the Port of Salerno at 9:00 AM and back to hotels at the end
9:30 AM- The Sailboat will depart from the Port of Salerno
- Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks will be provided on the sail boat
12:00 PM (approximately)- The Sailboat will port in Amalfi or Positano
-Sightseeing, shopping & lunch for approximately 3 hours
-Guests are free to pick the restaurants and shops they would like to visit
3:00 PM (approximately)- The Sailboat will depart back to Salerno
-The Sailboat will return to the Port of Salerno at approximately 5:30 PM
Dinner- Pick your own adventure! Suggest contacting the concierge for recommendations and reservations at concierge@hotelraito.it

SUNDAY (5/4)
Morning and Afternoon- Pick your own adventure! -Recommendations include sightseeing tours to nearby towns or relaxing at the hotel or beach
- Pre-arranged mini buses will transport guests staying at nearby hotels to and from Hotel Raito for the wedding festivities
6:00 PM - Wedding festivities begin @ Hotel Raito

MONDAY (5/5)
-For guests going to Rome Airport Hilton Hotel 10:00 AM pre-arranged vans will depart. A planned stop in Pompeii for a two hour walking tour -Cost: €32 per person
-After tour stop for lunch (cost on your own)
- Continue to the Rome Airport Hilton Hotel. Trip will take approximately 2 1/2 hours
